So. My novel is progressing. I feel dry as the driest thing that ever, uh, dried. Os something. See icon. But it’s going, and I still have lots so say – my plot hasn’t started yet, actually – and my characters are starting to take charge. I defined who’s going to die, I think, and my protagonist’s love interest. I want to include other pairings and possible some slash, but I decided to wait and see whose chemistry is stronger when the plot actually kicks in. And I’m stopping for today because I still have an essay to write and }i think my teacher is ready to kill me.
Also, my f-list is exploding with info about the elections. Interesting, that. I remember a long time ago, when I was a kid, that the elections days here in Brazil were an hell of a party. The vote here is mandatory, but it certainly didn’t feel like it. It was before the Collor disaster (the guy was a thief and a liar and it was hard to regain faith in humanity after him), and there were huge lines and pamphlets everywhere and people dressing with the colors of their party and it felt like a party. Now? Bleh.
But it’s good to see people getting excited about the whole thing. Makes me feel there’s still hope for democracy. And, as much as I hate admit it, this election will have an impact in the whole world, so, people, vote carefully. Remember us who’ll also suffer for your choice.
Aaaand now to my essay.
(ps: btw., you are all crazy. I couldn’t figure it out how your system works and I tried twice. Way too complex. D= )
